The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station, making it easy to arrive and depart from the city. It is also in close proximity to all the major tourist sites, allowing visitors to easily explore the historical center. the hotel is surrounded by a vibrant area with numerous restaurants, providing plenty of options for dinner.
Occasionally, there may be issues with hot water availability, which could cause some inconvenience for guests.

Comfortable bed, great location near the Duomo and train station. Spacious rooms, updated bathroom with large shower. Friendly staff, remembered us from previous stay. Nice breakfast with fresh croissants, good cappuccino. Bag storage available.

This hotel is an absolute gem. the location is spot on - just a stone's throw away from the train station and conveniently close to the bustling city center. It's perfect for exploring the lively streets filled with shops and restaurants.
All in all, I couldn't find a single thing to fault in this hotel. Everything was absolutely fine.

I had an really good stay at a conveniently located apartment in the heart of Florence. The receptionist were very good by personally walking with us and carrying my daughter's bag. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and just a short walk from the famous Duomo. The hotel also allowed us to store our bags on the last day, great to make the most of our time in Florence. I highly recommend this hotel for its really good service and prime location.
